I have been drawing for close to all my life. I remember being handed paints in nursery (kindergarten) and loving it. Goes without saying that anyone like me values their tools, most of all their hands... Unfortunately I've broken mine. Yes, an artist without the use of his hand. Now I'm sure I'm not the first this has happened to but my God is it an annoyance. Returning to finger typing like an old person who's never seen a keyboard, struggling to cut my own steaks like a child. ANNOYING! It's a harsh reminder of how much I took my hand for granted.
